Good information, thanks for posting that. I have bookmarked your site and will come back to see what else you have to say. Just getting to sleep is so challenging for me that the more information I have the better: there are so many ideas and people to learn from. I am looking forward to coming back and learning some more to help make a difference to my insomnia and improve my life. thankyou David

I was having a lot of trouble sleeping after getting laid off from my job. Every night I would worry about how I was going to support my family, I would stay up all night worrying- the combination of that stress with the fact that I wasn't sleeping made me really irritable and I was lashing out at the people I loved most. After months of this, it was so bad my wife and I were at the brink of divorce. I ended up going to see my doctor who referred me to a psychiatrist. I was prescribed Ambien, and also had to visit the psychiatrist once a week. The psychiatrist also recommended I exercise. As my sleeping patterns became more regular, it was easier for me to motivate myself in general. I definitely suggest anyone who has sleeping problems visit their doctor before things get out of hand.
